In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference: their passport/identity card or any valid government-issued identification. The information above will be requested for each person over the age of 18 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide their passport/identity card or any valid government-issued identification.
Guests may check in at any time from 15:00 on the scheduled day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask all the guests to vacate their rooms by 12:00 (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking).
Late check-out after this time can be requested, is subject to availability, and will be chargeable.
Early check-in and Late check-out Policies
Early check-in from 06:00 till 15:00 – 50% of 1 night’s room charge
Early check-in before 06:00 – 100% of 1 night’s room charge
Late check-out from 12:00 till 18:00 – 50% of 1 night’s room charge
Late check-out after 18:00 – 100% of 1 night’s room charge
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation (pre-authorization may be required). Payment for the accommodation and additional services can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by Visa, Master, American Express, and MIR credit cards.
We accept payments only in Armenian Drams.
Children /3rd person accommodation
The additional accommodation charge is AMD 8,000 per person.
The additional charge for accommodation and breakfast is AMD 17,000 per person.
The breakfast price is AMD 9000 per person.
Children under 6 stay for free and enjoy complimentary breakfast when sharing a room with a parent or guardian using existing bedding.
Children aged 6-12 receive a 50% discount on accommodation and breakfast.
Guests over 12 years old are considered adults for accommodation and breakfast pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Rooms not occupied by 05:00 hours will be seen as a No-Show unless a prior arrangement has been made. In the case of refundable rates, the cancellation can be done 24 hours or 48 hours before the arrival date, depending on the current cancellation policy, otherwise, a one-day fee will be applied, and any modification can be done 24 hours before arrival.
Cut Down Policy
The cutting down of reservations should be done by 15:00 on the previous day. Otherwise one-night fee will be applicable as a late cancellation fee.
Smoking Policy
Smoking in non-smoking areas is strictly forbidden. Please note that guests found to be smoking in non-smoking areas will be charged a smoking penalty of 50,000 AMD. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage depending on the amount of detriment.
Valuables
If you travel with valuables, there is a safety box in your wardrobe.
The hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost item.
Damage
We reserve the right and the guest authorizes us to charge their credit or pay by cash for any damage incurred to their room or the Hotel during their stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Visitors
All visitors arriving at the property must register with the Front Desk, providing ID or passport and signing the registration card.
Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed in the room at no extra charge, upon request of availability at the time of booking; they are not allowed in the restaurant and the breakfast room. In respect of all guests, we ask not to leave the pets unguarded in the rooms while outside the hotel. For pets bigger than 5 kg, contact the hotel for details and fees. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by animals.
Force Majeure
The company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligation is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extremely adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility services, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of the building structure.
